Israel stocks higher at close of trade; TA 35 up 2.25%
Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the added 2.25%.
The best performers of the session on the were Newmed Energy LP (TASE:), which rose 5.14% or 46.00 points to trade at 941.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Alony Hetz Properties and Investments Ltd (TASE:) added 5.00% or 110.00 points to end at 2,310.00 and NICE Ltd (TASE:) was up 4.93% or 3,100.00 points to 66,000.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Harel (TASE:), which fell 2.60% or 71.00 points to trade at 2,655.00 at the close. Shikun & Binui (TASE:) declined 1.61% or 15.00 points to end at 915.00 and Nova (TASE:) was down 1.37% or 540.00 points to 38,820.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 389 to 87 and 68 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 1.90% or 1.57 to $80.89 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 1.87% or 1.62 to hit $85.23 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.32% or 6.40 to trade at $1,999.90 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was down 1.36% to 3.92, while EUR/ILS fell 0.34% to 4.21.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 1.01% at 104.91.
