Rockwell Automation agreed to acquire the cybersecurity firm Verve Industrial Protection.
The autonomous technology company said Monday that it struck the acquisition agreement with Verve in order to expand its cybersecurity offerings.
Financial terms of the transaction haven’t been disclosed. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of Rockwell’s fiscal 2024.
Upon closing, Verve will report to Rockwell’s lifecycle services business.
Last month, Rockwell agreed to acquire the Canadian autonomous robot producer Clearpath Robotics.
