Israel stocks lower at close of trade; TA 35 down 1.70%

Investing.com – Israel stocks were lower after the close on Sunday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

At the close in Tel Aviv, the lost 1.70%.

The best performers of the session on the were Camtek Ltd (TASE:), which rose 7.54% or 1,730.00 points to trade at 24,660.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Nova (TASE:) added 4.02% or 1,670.00 points to end at 43,190.00 and Delek Group (TASE:) was up 0.77% or 330.00 points to 43,180.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Ormat Technologies (TASE:), which fell 5.23% or 1,280.00 points to trade at 23,200.00 at the close. Big Shopping Centers Ltd (TASE:) declined 3.87% or 1,170.00 points to end at 29,030.00 and Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TASE:) was down 3.83% or 132.00 points to 3,318.00.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 276 to 140 and 128 ended unchanged.

Shares in Camtek Ltd (TASE:) rose to all time highs; up 7.54% or 1,730.00 to 24,660.00. Shares in Ormat Technologies (TASE:) fell to 52-week lows; falling 5.23% or 1,280.00 to 23,200.00.

Crude oil for December delivery was up 2.13% or 1.61 to $77.35 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 2.11% or 1.69 to hit $81.70 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 1.38% or 27.10 to trade at $1,942.70 a troy ounce.

USD/ILS was up 0.26% to 3.85, while EUR/ILS rose 0.45% to 4.12.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.09% at 105.68.
